Amorevore will be hosted in Ibiza, Spain across a number of venues. The main festival site is in the northern central part of the island.
When is Amorevore Food Festival?
The main Amorevore festival will run between Friday 26 to Sunday 28th October 2018. The daytime festival runs from 10am-7pm and the evening events run from 7pm.
There will also be a range of fringe events run by our Content Partners across Ibiza from the 20-25th October.
What are the opening and closing times?
The main festival site will open at 10am and close at 8pm. Each day there will be parties and an evening Street Food Market from 7pm at separate venues near to the site.
Is the festival family friendly?
Amorevore is a family event and we welcome kids of all ages. At the heart of our mission is to educate kids in a fun way about food – where it comes from, how it’s made and how it affects wellbeing. We have dedicated a special area of the festival to kids where there will be interactive, hands-on learning with food, fun food quizzes, food stories and arts & crafts. In addition to the special kids area they are welcome to all the daytime events.
Kids under 12 can come for free, and from 12-16 are a reduced price ticket. Over 17s are adult price.
Are there cash points on site?
There are no cashpoints on site. All guests will have an Amorevore wristband that they can load credit on to (by cash or card), or through our website in advance or during the festival.
Can I bring my dog/pet?
For health and safety reasons we do not allow dogs/pets on to the festival site, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
Food & Drink
Is the festival vegetarian/vegan friendly?
Amorevore provides for those on plant-based diets. All street food traders are required to provide at minimum two vegetarian options and some only trade vegetarian and vegan food. Our Festival Map will indicate which traders are fully vegan or vegetarian. Please check with the trader if you are unsure about any dishes.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We politely request that you do not bring your own food and drink. Amorevore is about supporting local producers and we rely on food and drink sales to make the festival financially viable (we charge reasonable prices for food and drink).
Please note that plastic and glass are banned on site.
Are plastic water bottles allowed?
We encourage you to bring or buy a refillable, stainless-steel water bottle that you can fill up from our free water points on site. We will be selling water bottles at the entrance and at the info point. Please avoid bringing or using plastics on site.
I have a nut/dairy/seafood allergy - what should I do?
Traders on site will make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause the most common allergic reactions, but there is always a risk of cross-contamination and those with allergies should be mindful of this. Check with food traders and they will be able to advise.
If I leave the festival can I re-enter?
Yes – you can come and go throughout the day.
How much does a ticket cost?
A limited number of Early Bird tickets are currently available for €22 per day or €50 for all three days. Once these tickets are sold out the price will be €30 per day in advance and €35 at the door. Post early-bird tickets will be €70 for the weekend both online and at the door.
Kids under 11 are free and from 12-16 years are €11 a day. From 17 years upwards adult prices apply.
All ticket costs are plus bank fees and are exchangeable but non-refundable unless we cancel or postpone the event.
Fringe events, evening events, Wild Walks and dining events will be an additional cost and information will be available in June for these.
Do you accept payment in cryptocurrencies?
Yes we will have this option in the next few weeks. You will be able to pay in Bitcoin and we are working on getting more cryptocurrencies integrated.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes please email us with the name change and we will make it for you.

Are there any age restrictions?
Amorevore festival is a family friendly event we encourage all ages to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and that adult is responsible for the safety and actions of the minor.
I’ve lost my wristband, what can I do?
Unfortunately lost wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
Is there disabled access?
The sites are accessible for wheelchairs and those with other mobility restrictions. There is also accessible parking on site.
Are there toilets on site?
Clean and regularly serviced toilets are available on site.
Is there wifi on site?
There is no public wifi on the festival site.
Is there a creche?
At present we are looking into the logistics of this and hope to provide this service for a small fee.
