Amorevore Food Map
The Amorevore Food Map will be launched on the summer solstice (21st June). If you live in Ibiza, or are visiting over the summer, download our e-map, or pick up a copy from one of the participating venues to get the inside information on the best of Ibiza’s food offerings.
We are working with experts on the ground in Ibiza who know the farms, producers, agroturismos and restaurants intimately to select the best of each. The Amorevore Food Map aims to celebrate and honour those who grow and use local products with awareness of their impact on the land and the food future of Ibiza, while creating delicious and nutritious food. Our hope is that people using the map will visit and support featured places to help their businesses thrive, having a fantastic experience at the same time!

Each day of Amorevore, we will be hosting indulgent feasts on long table banquets. Expect the unexpected as we take you on a multi-sensory foodie journey in a fantastical setting.

Honey & Salt
Our in house bar - Honey & Salt - will be serving a lovingly selected range of beers, biodynamic wines and botanical cocktails, as well as juices and healthy soft drinks to complement the wonderful food on offer.
Fermentale Bar
Our ‘Fermentellers’ produce all of their live ingredients on the island of Ibiza and hold a wealth of information on the science behind them. Small batches of live fermented drinks (full of beneficial bacterias and acids) are carefully blended into unique elixirs intended to energise the body and refresh the mind…
These beautifully handcrafted probiotic Fermentales are intoxicatingly detoxifying, and made with or without alcohol.
Meke Coffee
The coffee connoisseurs at Meke Coffee will be providing a range of coffees, and also alcoholic coffee-based cocktails.
