Amorevore Curator Rory Spowers will discuss the rise of the Natural Food Movement with two UK-based but US-born pioneers, Craig and Gregory Sams. Craig was the founder of Gusto drinks and Green and Blacks chocolate, the first product in the world to be both certified organic and Fair Trade. Gregory invented the Vegeburger and launched Britain’s first range of organic foods in 1970.
